I have been a very busy Tuppence at the machine this past while, making lovely goodies for the very first Market on Tuppenny Lane. You can check out the album of items for sale here, with more to be added through the week.
So, how does a Facebook market work? Well, I create a photo album on the Tuppenny Lane facebook page, and add pictures of items for sale, along with a description and price details leading up to the market. On the night of the market, I will post on the Tuppenny Lane wall, and on the blog, a "start shopping" message. The first person to post "sold" in the comments under an item wins the right to buy the item. I will email you payment details, and then post the goodies to you once the direct deposit is cleared. Easy peasy.
I am a little excited to see the number of Tuppenny Lane likers reach 60 this weekend, so I would like to celebrate by offering something lovely. I am going to give away a special prize to one lucky liker: $20 to spend in the store on market night, as well as an Early Bird pass to the Market- access to purchase whatever you like 10 minutes before anyone else can. If you like the sound of winning this prize, leave me a comment on this post, and tell me your favourite Tuppenny Lane item. I will draw a winner via random.org on Sunday afternoon, and announce here on the blog. Good luck lovelies!
See you on Tuppenny Lane.

My favourite little outfit Is The Matilda - my little girl is living in it right now and it's so easy to take on and off AND, I just turn it inside out and its a new outfit!!! I will definitely be buying more of these as she grows! ( .....but just quietly, I have my eye on that pillow case dress too!!!!)
ReplyDeleteI love the pillow case dresses in the vintage fabric - especially the one with the yellow ribbon. The funny thing is I have made a few of these dresses myself, but I like your fabric and colour combinations better! Jenny ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the all in two nappies - such beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteIf I had to pick a design however, I would choose the beach bum nappy as I think it would suit my little boy a bit better then the florals :-P
I really adore the Tuppence Fitted Cloth Nappy and I think it would look simply devine with lace trim. It would look very pretty on my little princess! Jess :)
ReplyDeleteI love everything! But I especially love your Bonnie bonnet and the mcn addict/doily lover in me can not go past the autumn garden nappy -gorgeous!!
ReplyDeletei love the new Matilda and Ruffle Tuppence Set it is just too sweet. I love all the fabrics you use, so beautiful and vintage. Great work you are very talented!!!

ReplyDeleteMagda Hughes: For some reason I can't comment on the blog. Can you please add me to the draw too? I really like the boardshort nappies. So cute for little boys!
ReplyDeletePrue Haggarty: Me 3, I have been unable to comment sort of glad I'm not the only one thought I was going crazy!

DeleteEmma Bromell: Golly what isn't my favourite Tuppenny Lane item :) I love the Pillowcase dress and how seriously cute is the Boardie Nappy??!!!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love the Mathilda and Ruffle Tuppence Set, how gorgeous my 18 month old would look having her tea party in her little pink teepee wearing this!
ReplyDeleteLyn thinks these designs are great. Love the little boys boardies set, especially the fly. Also the new born set with jungle animals, how thoughtful to put the extra snap so the top can avoid the newly cut cords. Good Luck.
ReplyDeletefor Mish Baker: I'm having trouble commenting. I'm in love with the Matilda and Ruffle Tuppence Sets. They're stunning!
ReplyDeleteMy absolute favourite outfit is this seesucker dress you have pictured above. What a gorgeous combination of vintage-y material in a dress that is simple yet stumnning and perfect for little girls. I'm really hoping I might be able to snaffle one for my little princess :)
ReplyDeleteI would love the seersucker dress on your blog for my niece she'll be 2 in a few months the one with the green ribbons :) Megan Nearney
